Introductory sessions

Interested in learning about my online voice studio? Get first-hand experience by scheduling an introductory session. I offer free, thirty-minute appointments to singers new to my studio. In these sessions, you will get acclimated to learning on Zoom, gain access to the studio’s warm-up tracks, and explore goals for future study. By the end of the lesson, you should have a good idea for whether online lessons are right for you!

 
 

Online Voice Lessons

Online learning as made voice lessons more convenient than ever! Cut the commute, and head into the season energized and optimized!

My virtual studio offers an individualized learning model for singers with a variety of aspirations, recreational and professional. Students receive personalized instruction that strengthens musicianship and unlocks the voice. I teach across a range of styles, including art song, choral, pop, and musical theatre repertoire. Developing their capacities as singers, students earn greater confidence in theatre productions, concert ensembles, religious congregations, and in the wider community. Regardless of your “why,” we all achieve richer, fuller lives through a cultivated, empowered voice.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable, High-Speed Internet Connection

  • Computer with Audio & Visual Capabilities

  • Membership with Zoom

  • Secondary Audio/Visual Device (such as an iPhone)

Cost:

  • $75 per Lesson (billed monthly, approximately $300 per month)

  • $100-$150 Annual Materials Purchase

Students are Expected to Spend:

  • 10-15 minutes on musicianship, 5 days a week

  • 10-15 minutes on their individual warm-up sequence, 5 days a week

  • 15-30 minutes on selected repertoire, 5 days a week

Lessons Generally Include:

  • 5-10 minutes of musicianship (sight-reading)

  • 10-15 minutes of warm-up (segmented singing technique)

  • 25-35 minutes of repertoire (singing and performance technique)
